The world is changing faster than ever. Every generation can see how different things are from the past, and people have many opinions about whether life is getting better or worse. But regardless of how we feel about these changes, there are deeper questions every person must face:
When did the world begin?
How did everything start?
Will the world end one day?
What happens at the end ?
What is the purpose of your life?
Where did you come from and where are you going?
What hope do you have for the future?
The Bible gives clear and trustworthy answers to these questions. It contains the oldest and most complete record of humanity’s beginning. In the book of Genesis 1:1, we learn that God created the heavens and the earth. He formed the first man, Adam, and breathed life into him in the book of Genesis 2:7. God blessed humanity and gave us dominion over His creation in the book of Genesis 1:26–28.
But the Bible also explains how sin entered the world. In the book of Genesis 3:1–7, the devil deceived Adam and Eve, and humanity became separated from God. From that moment, every person was born spiritually disconnected from their Creator. The book of Romans 5:12 tells us that through one man, sin and death entered the world, and this is the root of the brokenness we see today.
Yet God did not leave us without hope. The good news is found in the book of John 3:16, which says that God loved the world so much that He gave His only Son, Jesus Christ, so that anyone who believes in Him will not perish but have everlasting life. Jesus took upon Himself the penalty of sin. The book of Romans 5:8 says that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us.
This message has reached you today because God loves you. Jesus paid the price for your salvation and restored the eternal life that Adam lost. The book of 1 Corinthians 15:22 says that in Christ, we are made alive again. If you believe in His death, burial, and resurrection, as written in the book of 1 Corinthians 15:3–4, you can receive this new life right now.
The Bible says in the book of Romans 10:10 that we believe with our hearts and confess with our mouths to receive salvation. If you believe, you can pray sincerely:
“I believe that Jesus died for me and that my sins are forgiven in Him. Jesus, come into my heart and be the Lord of my life. You are my Savior. I am no longer under the power of the devil. I am now a child of God. Thank you, Jesus, for saving me. From today, I will follow Your will for my life. In Jesus’ name, Amen.”
